Welcome to Shakespeare in South Park!

     

     In the summer of 2008, with only the love of Shakespeare and a vision, a group of neighborhood individuals decided to put on a production of Much Ado About Nothing. After fifteen seasons, South Park continues to celebrate the Bard, gearing up for another season of silliness. Shakespeare is Funny, Fun and Free of charge in South Park!

     Shakespeare in South Park, located in the Historic South Park District in Dayton, Ohio, produces a yearly community sponsored production. All enthusiastic individuals are welcome to audition and volunteer. Shakespeare in South Park has a tradition of incorporating young people into each production to promote a positive, creative introduction to Shakespeare and live theatre.
